Thank you all for being the most encouraging and inspiring support of Love18. It's less than a month now to our temporal closure. We are blessed to have you all sailing through the storm of Covid-19 pandemic. Over the past years, you are the reason we could survive the journey full of uncertainties and insecurities. We just want you to know how much we appreciate you and how grateful we are for you.

Thank you for making ordinary moments extraordinary. A simple day can become special because of you. A short stop at our office, lovely messages you left for us on the notes and affirmative words from you in our phone call, never fail to make our day. We would like to apologize for being a disappointment once in a blue moon. The announcement of temporal closure from the 1st of September, 2022 onwards is even more disappointing.

Little did you know that Love18 began with a promise of love, with which our chocolates were confectioned. We envisioned sharing the love through gourmet artisanal dark chocolate truffles, of which the indulging taste profile and silky smooth texture had been crafted upon the continuous, unwavering pursuit of perfection. However, deep in our hearts, we know that we’re still far apart from perfection – an optimal experience deserved by all of you. So now, we promise that we will put our best efforts for a refresh and makeover of Love18.

As the proverb says “A promise is a cloud, fulfilment is rain”, actions do speak louder than words and promises mean nothing without proof. From the 1st of September onwards, Love18 will devote significant time and resources to the fulfilment of our promise. We will work with professionals to further develop a comprehensive brand plan, that aims to ameliorate the brand experience through product innovation, added nutritious value, quality control, visual, unboxing experience optimization and more.

Q. What about the 3 Month Subscription? Will I get my order for the following month?
  • As promised, we will surely fulfil ALL the 3 months subscription plan as per promoted. As our operation will continue, including our customer support.
Q. Will I still be able to use the RM100 voucher I bought previously? Will I be able to use the voucher I got from purchasing the 3 Months Subscription Box?
  • Yes, all vouchers issued from our system still valid until 31st August 2022. However, there are some storewide discount code may be disable, please reach out to our customer service if you face any challenges using the code.

  • For Klang Valley (West Malaysia) – RM9
  • For Outstation (West Malaysia) – RM12
  • For Kuching & Kota Kinabalu (East Malaysia)– RM30 Flat rate
  • For Singapore – RM40 Flat rate
  • For order above RM100 within West Malaysia – Free Delivery
Q. If I order today, when can I get it?
  • Due to the current logistic challenges in certain locations that are shortage of delivery workforce, we will try to fulfil your orders within 3 – 7 days for Klang Valley, and within 14 days for outstation. If there are any circumstances for delay, our customer service team will inform you upfront.

    • Ingredients supplies interruption as majority of our ingredients are from Europe
    • Delivery delay due to shortage of cargo container from Europe
    • Rise of cost of delivery and ingredients and uncertainty from major importer towards ingredients cost
