  • Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our production room.
  • But in the event if only you received faulty products or your chocolates get mouldy within 1-2 weeks. We will immediately replace, exchange, or refund your order for you. Anytime, for any reason. It's that simple.

REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS AND CONDITION

  • Refund process will take within 7 working days.
  • No refund or order cancellation on all sale and promotional products or issue for example on situations: change of mind, you just don't like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code. But, we are willing to help on you on exchanging flavors of similar price products or change delivery or self pick up date.
  • The product(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.
  • In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition, with its original packaging.
