Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our production room.

But in the event if only you received faulty products or your chocolates get mouldy within 1-2 weeks. We will immediately replace, exchange, or refund your order for you. Anytime, for any reason. It's that simple.

  • Refund process will take up to 7 working days.
  • No refund or order cancellation on: Change of mind, you just don't like the products or you have forgotten to insert discount code. But, we are willing to help on you on exchange products, or offer you another discount code for your next purchase:)
  • The product(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.
  • In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition, with its original packaging.
