Q: What is the best storing temperature for Love18 chocolate?
Please store the chocolate inside freezer (below -18℃) if you like to preserve the chocolates for longer storage period up to 2 - 3 months. You may also store it in chiller (2℃～6℃) and all love 18 chocolates are best consumed within 7 to 14 days. Please do note that certain conditions such as, temperature of the refrigerator, exposing to sunlight or room temperature may affect the condition of the chocolates and the storage period.
Q: What is the expiry date of your chocolate?
You may refer to the Best Before Date labelled behind every box of our chocolates. Due to all of our chocolates are preservative-free, kindly consume as soon as possible within 1-2 weeks after you received the chocolates and store it accordingly, you may refer to our storage instructions.
Q:Does Love18 chocolate has halal certificate?
Our company is in the midst of applying halal certification but all the ingredients we use are halal certified therefore it is safe for our Muslim friends to consume!
Q:You mentioned that you are using premium chocolate, why the selling price is cheaper compare to others handmade chocolatier in town?
We manage to reduce our selling price to 30%~35% cheaper than other handmade chocolatier in town because we do not operate physical retail store. All the saving from physical retail store is pass on to customer, hence we able to sell the premium 5-Star chocolate at affordable price to our customers.
Q:Why production limit to few flavors per day?
Love 18 chocolate believe that “Less is More”. Less production allowing us to produce more quality chocolates. Less flavors allow us to focus on perfecting every single product line we produce.
Q:Will chocolate melt when I receive it?
To ensure our customer can enjoy our chocolate, we will insert ice-packs that can lasts up to 4-5 hours and pack it in an aluminium bag.
Q: What makes your chocolate different compared to others?
Love 18C chocolate is healthy as it has zero preservatives. It is fresh as it is daily handcrafted using premium ingredients from Belgian and Australia with an affordable price for all.
Q. Is it closed temporarily or permanently? What if i have issue with my order or chocolates?
Our online store and outlets will be closed temporarily from 1st September 2022 until further notice.
Q. Can I still pick up my order that has been placed before your temporal closure?
Yes, you can still walk in our outlets to pick up your order. You can check our outlets operation hour here.
Q. Are you still delivering my order that has been placed before your temporal closure?
Yes, our operation will still continue until we fulfilled all the delivery orders, please expect the delivery lead time of 7-14 days as there are many orders for us to fulfil. Thank you so much for your consideration.
