REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
- Refund process will take within 7-14 working days.
No refund or order cancellation on all sale and promotional products or issue for example on situations: change of mind, you just don't like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code. But, we are willing to help on you on exchanging flavours of similar price products or change delivery or self pick up date.
- The product(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.
- In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition, with its original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for all Delivery costs if Love18C is not at fault.
- Delivery Service for each order is only limited to 1(ONE) Trip

- The entire 3-7/10-14 days Lead time included production, packaging and arrangement. Once it is ready to be delivered, it will be delivered on the day and customer will receive it before 6PM. All orders will be delivered with ice pack in an aluminium bag to ensure the chocolate you received is fresh and in best tasting condition.
- We do not provide tracking number at the moment but you can always reach out to our Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp customer service to enquire regarding your order status.
- Free Delivery for all orders above RM50

At Love 18 chocolate, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our production room.
But in the event, if only you received faulty products or your chocolates get mouldy within 1-2 weeks. We will immediately replace, exchange, or refund your order for you. Anytime, for any reason. It's that simple.
