We provide Delivery within Klang Valley using logistic partner, Golog.

DELIVERY SERVICE FOR EACH ORDER IS ONLY LIMITED TO 1 (ONE )TRIP

1. Delivery Lead Time within 3 days

(Please note that changes stated as below may occurred and will be informed during certain promotion period or under certain circumstances)

Lead time within 7 days (Entire Klang Valley - Kuala Lumpur, Selangor)

Lead Time within 10 days (Klang, Semenyih, Banting, Jenjarom, Rawang - Deliver by batch every week before Thursday/Friday)

2. The entire 3 / 7-10 days Lead time included production, packaging and arrangement. Once it is ready to be delivered, it will be delivered on the day and customer will receive it before 6PM.

3. All orders will be delivered with ice pack in an aluminium bag to ensure the chocolate you received is fresh and in best tasting condition.

4. We do not provide tracking number at the moment but you can always reach out to our Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp customer service to enquire regarding your order status.

5. Free Delivery for all orders above RM200  (Please note that changes may occurred and will be informed during certain promotion period or under certain circumstances)

6.  Refund, Exchange and Return Policy:

  • Refund process will take within 7 working days.

  • No refund or order cancellation on issue for example on situations: change of mind, you just don't like the products or you have forgotten to insert discount code. But, we are willing to help on you on exchange products, or offer you another discount code for your next purchase..

  • The product(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.

  • In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition, with its original packaging.
