Love18 Chocolate Club Membership Frequently Asked Questions
1. When will the monthly free chocolates be sent out and how can I claim the chocolates? Do we need to merge the delivery with our order for the upcoming consecutive month?
Customers can claim their monthly free chocolates from our website. A set of chocolate redemption codes will be provided for the free chocolates, which you can claim either every month or all 6 boxes during the chocolate-DIY workshop. There is no need to merge the delivery with your orders.
2. Is the chocolate workshop open to non-members?
The workshop is currently complimentary for Love18 Chocolate Club members only. To participate in the workshop, you can join as a member. The normal price for the workshop is RM180 per session and can be participated with two people.
3. How many sessions are there in the workshop, and how long is each session? What can I expect to gain from attending the workshop?
Each workshop session lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours, and you will take home 24 pieces of chocolates after the workshop. The DIY workshop will begin in April 2023, and the workshop dates will be published by 30/3/2023.
4. Can I use the four RM90 vouchers for one workshop for two people with my friend, or are there any terms and conditions for using the vouchers?
The four vouchers can be used for four workshop sessions (eight participants). This means that you can pay RM90 and one voucher for each workshop, with a maximum of two people participating per workshop. Additionally, you can also share the vouchers with your family and friends and invite them to attend the workshop.
5. Where will the workshop be held? If it's within the Klang Valley area, how can members from other states participate?
For the month of April and May, the workshop will be held in Puchong and some collaborating event spaces that we are currently working with, mainly within the Klang Valley area. For members from other states, we are planning to collaborate with event spaces such as cafes to hold workshops in places like Penang, Ipoh, and Johor Bahru once we roll out to other states by Jun/Jul onwards. Alternatively, you can always book your workshop with us when you are in Klang Valley as the complementary workshop will not expire.
6. How many vouchers for 20% OFF do I receive after joining the membership?
For the membership, the 20% off is a lifetime perk. We will send you the code after registration, and you can use it to enjoy the discount during checkout.
7. Is there any minimum purchase required to use the 20% discount, and is it valid for all items?
No, there is no minimum purchase required to use the 20% discount, and it is valid for all items available on the Love18 website.
8. How often will the chocolate tasting and pairing event be held?
The chocolate tasting and pairing event will be held in small groups, and invitations will be sent out on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. What can I expect as my birthday treat, and do I need to claim it every year to merge delivery with my orders?
A special box of chocolate treats will be given during your birthday month, along with a special promotional discount.
10. Is this membership program valid for one-time payments and lifetime members, as mentioned?
Yes, the membership program is valid for one-time payments and lifetime members.
